    1. Who owns the legal rights to the work created by a Flextribe consultant?

    The hiring company. Flextribe's core business is to connect world-class experts with companies. The rights to the work performed by the consultant belong to and remain the property of the hiring company and do not belong to Flextribe.

    2. If I don't find the skills I need on Flextribe, can you offer to find and screen someone outside the platform?

    We are continuously working to validate and add new consultants to the platform. Furthermore, we have a large network "outside" the platform and are willing to "headhunt" the right profile for you. Just send us an e-mail or call us - https://www.flextribe.io/kontakt-os

    3. How does your inteview process work?

    You can request an interview with a consultant by clicking on the "request an interview" button in the respective profile. We will contact you as soon as possible for further description of your needs and we will set up the interview within 5 business days. Our Flextribe advisor may be present at the interview. Flextribe will contact you within 48 hours to hear about your interview, and Flextribe expects a decision to be made within 5 working days after the interview.

    4. What happens if I am not satisfied with a Flextribe consultant?

    All companies and consultants receive a follow-up call 2 weeks after the start date, and then monthly follow-ups. If you are not satisfied with the consultant's competencies/skills, call us and we will solve it together.

    5. Can I hire a consultant from Flextribe for a permanent position after or during the consultation period?

    Yes. The consultants are not tied to Flextribe. However, we charge a fee equal to one month's settlement for the consultant.

    6. How does your screening process ensure quality candidates who meet our requirements?

    We screen communication skills, personality, and require + 7 years of experience. We follow-up on references and a look for a high level of professionalism in their field. All candidates had telephone interviews with our professional screeners. Many of our consultants are referrals from our clients and other expert consultants.

    7. Where are your consultants located?

    Currently, we have consultants in Denmark, and most of them want to work in Denmark. Our long-term strategy is to start in several other European countries.

    8. What is the price?

    The consultant sets their own hourly rates, which vary depending on the length of the project. However, they are always prepared for dialogue regarding their fee. Their hourly rates are typically between 700 – 2,000 KR. Flextribe receives a fee of 12% of the total hourly rate including vat.

    9. Can I negotiate the price?

    Yes. The price set by the consultant is an estimate. Most consultants are ready to negotiate depending on the content and length of the task. The Flextribe fee is a fixed fee.

    10. Can I move my user profile on Flextribe with me if I change jobs?

    It depends on the circumstances. Most often, the user is tied to your company and you will need to create a new user with your new company. However, you can transfer your Talent Cloud.

    11. Can I request the consultants' CV, portfolio or references?

    Yes, we have most of their CVs and portfolios available and we will always
    (due to GDPR) ask the consultant for their permission first. Also for GDPR reasons, it is best not to send CVs around the organization. We can also help you call references or ask your consultant to send relevant references.
