What Are Active Projects?

The Active Projects section is where all won proposals are automatically stored and managed throughout their active period—from the start date to the end date.

Regardless of whether the project comes from:

✅ Your own proposals (initiated by your company)
✅ External proposals (opportunities sent to you by a Flextribe client)

All won projects will end up in one central place—Active Projects—ensuring you no longer have to track them across different files, Excel sheets, or emails.

📌 This structure provides clarity and control over all ongoing projects.

Key Benefits of Active Projects

The Active Projects feature offers a clear and structured overview of all your current engagements, allowing you to:

✅ See all ongoing projects in one place instead of scattered across multiple tools.
✅ Track start and end dates efficiently.
✅ Identify whether a project has an option to extend.
✅ View key details such as customer, candidates, and contract period.

If a project has an extension option, it will remain in Active Projects until it is either extended or reaches the final end date.

📌 When a project is completed and no longer active, it will automatically move to Archive, where you can access all past projects.

Searching for Active Projects

The search bar allows you to quickly find specific projects by searching for:
🔹 Customer Name
🔹 Project Title
🔹 Case Number

Simply enter a keyword, and the system will filter your active projects accordingly.

Bonus: Active Projects & the Timeline Feature

The Active Projects section is fully connected to the Timeline feature, allowing you to view all your projects in a visual timeline format. This makes it easier to:

✅ Get a clear overview of ongoing and upcoming projects.
✅ Plan resources and extensions more efficiently.
✅ Ensure smooth project handovers and transitions.
