Notifications and Emails You Will Receive

At Flextribe, we have developed a Notification Centre and email system designed to keep you informed at all times. These notifications are forwarded by our clients, ensuring that you have full transparency and confidence in managing proposals and candidates.

You access the notifications in top right corner right next to your company name.

The goal of our notification system is to:

Keep you updated on potential proposals – so you never miss a new opportunity.
Provide real-time updates on proposals in progress – including changes, deadlines, and actions required.
Ensure you stay informed about your candidates – including their status, client feedback, and next steps.

Types of Notifications and Emails You Will Receive

🔹 New Proposal Notifications

  • You will receive an email and in-platform notification when a Flextribe client sends you a proposal request.

  • The notification includes a brief overview of the proposal and a direct link to review and respond.

🔹 Proposal Progress Updates

If you have shown interest in a proposal, you will be notified about any updates, including:

  • Candidate has been shared with Customer

  • Candidate has been invited for interview

  • Candidate has won 🥳

  • Candidate is lost or not considered

🔹 Deadline Reminders

  • To help you stay on top of proposals, you will receive reminders as deadlines approach.

  • If a deadline is near and you haven't submitted candidates yet, you will be notified to take action.
