Withdrawing or Editing a Candidate from a Proposal

If you need to withdraw a candidate from a proposal, you can do so directly from the platform. This action ensures that the Flextribe client is notified and knows the candidate is no longer available for the assignment.

How to Withdraw a Candidate

1️⃣ Open the Candidate Details

  • Navigate to the proposal where the candidate was nominated.

  • Click on the candidate you wish to withdraw.

  • The sidebar will open on the left-hand side, displaying the candidate’s details.

2️⃣ Click "Withdraw Candidate"

  • As illustrated below, select "Withdraw Candidate."

  • A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm your withdrawal.

📌 Important: You must confirm the action before the candidate is fully withdrawn.

3️⃣ Confirmation & Client Notification

  • Once confirmed, the candidate is officially withdrawn from the proposal.

  • The Flextribe client will be notified that the candidate is no longer available for this assignment.

📌 Note: Once a candidate is withdrawn, they will no longer be visible to the client under this proposal. If needed, you will have to nominate them again for reconsideration.

Editing a Candidate's Details

If you need to edit a candidate’s details, such as updating their availability, rate, or documents:

  • Click on the candidate in the proposal.

  • The sidebar will open, allowing you to make changes.

  • Ensure all required fields are completed before saving the updates.

🚨 Important: If the proposal deadline has passed, you will not be able to make edits or re-submit a withdrawn candidate.
