At this stage, your company is now waiting for the Flextribe client to review all candidates and make a decision.

Candidate Statuses in Flextribe

We use seven different statuses to ensure transparency in the selection process:

🔹 Under Consideration – The candidate is still being reviewed for the assignment.

🔹 Offered – Your candidate has been officially offered to the client.

🔹 Interview – The client has invited your candidate for an interview.

✅ Won – Your candidate has been selected for the assignment. 🎉

❌ Lost – The candidate was not chosen for this assignment.

↩️ Withdrawn – You have decided to withdraw the candidate.

🚫 Cancelled – The Flextribe client has cancelled the proposal entirely.
