If you have received a potential proposal and have questions or need clarification, you can quickly chat with the responsible contact person through two options.

1️⃣ Chat Directly from the Proposal

  • Inside the proposal, you will find a chat section where you can message the client directly.

  • This allows you to ask specific questions related to the proposal, ensuring quick and clear communication.

2️⃣ Access the Global Chat from the Sidebar

  • You can also access the global chat from the sidebar, allowing you to manage all conversations in one place.

  • This is useful if you are handling multiple proposals and need to keep track of ongoing discussions.
