If you have received a potential proposal and have questions or need clarification, you can quickly chat with the responsible contact person through two options.
1️⃣ Chat Directly from the Proposal
Inside the proposal, you will find a chat section where you can message the client directly.
This allows you to ask specific questions related to the proposal, ensuring quick and clear communication.

2️⃣ Access the Global Chat from the Sidebar
You can also access the global chat from the sidebar, allowing you to manage all conversations in one place.
This is useful if you are handling multiple proposals and need to keep track of ongoing discussions.
