How the Flowcase Integration Works

The Flowcase integration is simple and allows you to efficiently manage your consultant pool within Flextribe. Once set up, your interface will include:

1️⃣ A Full Consultant List in Flextribe

• A list view of all your consultants, including profile pictures, making it easier to navigate and select candidates for proposals.

• A more intuitive selection process, ensuring that the receiving client sees a well-presented and structured list of candidates.

2️⃣ Easy Access to Consultant Profiles

• By clicking on a specific consultant, you can:

  • See when their profile was last updated in Flowcase.

  • Click a direct link to update their CV and details in Flowcase, ensuring their profile remains up to date.

3️⃣ Faster Candidate Submission

• Once the integration is enabled, your full consultant list will appear on the right-hand side when adding candidates to a proposal.

• This means you can quickly select and submit consultants without needing to re-enter their details manually.
